One of my favorite dish for breakfast or mid-day snack is DUMPLING with custard. You can find it from typical Hong Kong bistro/restaurant where they serve Dim-sum for breakfast.
Here in Germany, it’s not easy for me to have it. So, I tried to bake it and this is my first time to do it.
Taste good, the custard is sweet enough but the shell is not soft as the restaurant but at least I had experience for next time.
